  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup honey unpasteurized
  • 4 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 4 teaspoons cannabutter melted

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Use a hand mixer (or a stand mixer) to whisk the mixture until well combined and stiff peaks form.
  • Transfer the thickened mixture into a freezer-proof container, covered.
  • Freeze the ice cream for 6 hours or until completely hardened.
