Welcome to my Ferment Share Club! This is a private club service I am offering, since the summer of 2016, to my personal friends in the greater-Toronto area. With the purpose of providing my friends around me access to healthier food options not readily available in regular grocery stores, I share my artisanally-made cultured foods to help those who want to make positive dietary changes to incorporate more nutrient-rich and probiotic foods into their lives.
